Summary: On 11/30/2012, the Cook County Board approved contract 12-45-136 CC with Acosta Medical Testing Corporation following a Request for Proposal for drug and alcohol testing. On 11/18/2014 the District Board approved the District piggybacking off the County Contract for the same services.
On 11/17/2015 the first of two option years was exercised by the County. The District wishes to continue to use the services of Acosta Medical Testing Corporation for drug and alcohol testing.
