Title: PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT APPOINTMENT BE IT ORDAINED, by the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Title 1 - Administrative, Chapter 6 - Forest Preserve District Officers and Employees, Section 9 - Personnel Provisions, Subsection A.2. - Appointment of Treasurer and Chief Attorney, of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as Follows: 1-6-9: PERSONNEL PROVISIONS. A. Selection and Appointment of Officers and Employees: * * * * 2. Appointment of General Superintendent, Treasurer, and Chief Attorney: The President shall, subject to the approval of the Board, appoint the General Superintendent, Treasurer, and Chief Attorney of the Forest Preserve District. Effective date: This ordinance amendment shall be in effect immediately upon adoption.

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT APPOINTMENT

 

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners, that Title 1 - Administrative, Chapter 6 - Forest Preserve District Officers and Employees, Section 9 - Personnel Provisions, Subsection A.2. - Appointment of Treasurer and Chief Attorney, of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as Follows:

 

1-6-9: PERSONNEL PROVISIONS.

 

A. Selection and Appointment of Officers and Employees:

2. Appointment of General Superintendent, Treasurer, and Chief Attorney: The President shall, subject to the approval of the Board, appoint the General Superintendent, Treasurer, and Chief Attorney of the Forest Preserve District. 

                     

Effective date:  This ordinance amendment shall be in effect immediately upon adoption.
