Contract 13-80-46B includes the fabrication and delivery of four (4) prefabricated flush toilet buildings at Barrington Road Pond (District 15), Harms Woods-North (District 14), Schiller Woods-West (District 9) and North Creek Meadow (District 6).
These units are being purchased from a national prefabricated toilet manufacturer through National Joint Purchasing Alliance Contract #022113-CXT pursuant to Section 1-8-2(AA) of the District's Code of Ordinances.
The project specific goals regarding the MBE/WBE participation for this project was zero (0) because the product is a sole manufacturer by one vendor.
