PROPOSED BID RECOMMENDATION
Request: requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a contract with Old Veterans Construction, Chicago, Illinois.
Reason: Contract 13-80-03-005-C is for the Camp Reinberg Offsite Utility Project. The proposed project is to construct an offsite sanitary sewer to support the development of the Camp Reinberg site in Palatine. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new sanitary sewer and force main and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
