PROPOSED AGREEMENT
Vendor: Billy Casper Golf LLC, Oak Lawn, Illinois
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (“the Preserves”) to enter into an agreement
Reason: The Preserves requested proposals through its online bidding process. The selected Vendor, Billy Casper Golf LLC (“Billy Casper”), was deemed the most responsive and responsible of three (3) respondents to operate the Maple Lake Boat House, which will offer boat, canoe and kayak rentals along with lessons to the general public. Billy Casper has presented the strongest financial package and management plan for the coming term. The final agreement will be subject to review and approval by the Preserves’ Legal Department.
Billy Casper has agreed to pay the Preserves the following annual fee per year in addition to 5% of gross sales:
Year 1: $15,000.00
Year 2: $15,000.00
Year 3: $15,000.00
Year 4: $15,000.00
Contract period: Forty Eight (48) months from the issuance of the Purchase Order
Estimated Fiscal Impact: Revenue Generating, $60,000.00 + 5% of gross sales
