Summary: An increase in the original contract amount and additional time is needed to address unknown conditions that were discovered as construction work progressed. This contract is for architectural and engineering design and construction administration services for masonry repairs and window replacements at the Central Compound. As masonry walls were selectively removed, non-standard building conditions were discovered which required additional design services to resolve. The work is required to address deferred maintenance issues.
