Reason: Contract #16-31-113 consists of the removal of one thousand two hundred fifty-six (1,256) trees, thirty-one (31) of which require stumping in accordance with the Preserves’ specifications in Region 4, North Branch Division. Trees “R” Us, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the five (5) bidders.
