PROPOSED LICENSE REQUEST
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the " Preserves"), as Licensor to grant a License to the Village of Glenview, Illinois, Grantee, to locate, operate and maintain an 84-inch storm sewer, storm sewer connections, and a 36-inch storm sewer outfall to reduce the flooding impacts of the Middle Fork of the North Branch of the Chicago River to 1,100 homes east of Harms Road in the Village The 84-inch storm sewer will be located in the right of way of Harms Road, from Glenview Road to Winnetka Road, along the east side of Blue Star Memorial Woods. The FPCC owns to the centerline of Harms and Glenview Roads. The outfall will replace the existing 36-inch outfall at the southwest corner of Harms Road and Glenview Road, in Glenview Woods.
