Summary: In 2019 the Forest Preserves entered into a sole source agreement with Martin Implement Sales for the purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for the Forest Preserves fleet of New Holland agricultural tractors used extensively by the Landscape Maintenance department. Martin Implement Sales is the only authorized dealer in Cook County. This is a sole source procurement. This request is for a contract increase and extension.
