Summary: A time extension is needed for H. W. Lochner, Inc. (“Lochner”) to assist with oversight of remaining bridge repair work at various locations including Edgebrook Golf Course. Repair work was scheduled to be completed by mid-June but started later than anticipated due to inclement weather earlier in the spring. Lochner was originally hired to inspect and design repair improvements but also provides structural expertise during construction to ensure the successful completion of the project. Repair work is expected to be completed this summer, but additional time may be needed for final inspections and closeout.
