This contract offers a range of competitively bid herbicide products negotiated and made available to other governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies under a Joint Purchase and Master Contract ("JPMC").
The herbicide acquisition serves the dual purpose of maintaining the aesthetic and ecological integrity of the Forest Preserves and enhancing public safety.
