Summary: The Department of Facilities and Fleet maintains numerous New Holland and Ford tractors that are used heavily in the field by the Departments of Landscape Maintenance and Resource Management. These tractors require Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts when repairs are needed. Alta Equipment Company is the only authorized dealer of these parts in northeast Illinois. This is a sole source procurement.
