Summary: An extension is required due to the discovery of unknown underground storage tanks and weather conditions - an extended winter and exceptionally wet spring. This extension is for time only. The contractor has installed the foundation, structural steel, metal roof deck, roof, glass walls and masonry. Items remaining include installing the elevator, interior finishes and site amenities.
