Summary: On 10/23/2025, the Cook County Board of Commissioners approved Contract No. 2423-020911 with Rising Medical Solutions, LLC D/B/A Rising Medical following a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Workers' Compensation Administration Services. The Forest Preserves is seeking to procure the same services pursuant to Section 1-8-2(X) of the Forest Preserves' Code of Ordinances. The Forest Preserves' contract will incorporate the same terms as the County's contract.
Under this proposed piggyback contract, the Forest Preserves will receive workers' compensation administrative services.
