Summary: The purpose of this extension is to continue utilizing the services of GGA Partners during the contract negotiation process to provide golf consulting advisory services to the Permits, Rentals and Concessions Department (PRC). The PRC Department requires market expertise in order to negotiate the best deal for the Forest Preserves. Additional contingency funds are being requested as well in the event further analysis is required. GGA Partners was selected via a competitive RFP process.
