Summary: The proposed contract is to supply a Volunteer Management System to the Forest Preserves, for a period of five (5) years with two (2) available one-year renewal options. The Volunteer Management System is the foundation of the Forest Preserves’ volunteer recruitment initiative and also serves as a volunteer event registration, recordkeeping, reporting and communication link.
The Forest Preserves issued a Request for Proposals and received a total of six (6) proposals. A review panel consisting of various Preserves staff selected GivePulse, Inc., which met all of the minimum and preferred qualifications.
