Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Forest Preserves") to enter into a contract with Team REIL, Union, Illinois, for recreation landscape improvements at Rolling Knolls near Elgin, including a new 18-hole disc golf course, walking path and fishing site improvements
Reason: Contract 13-80-02-16C1; Rolling Knolls Site Improvements. The work includes, but is not limited to, site grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, retaining wall, disc golf furnishings, drainage piping, limestone slab outcropping, landscape restoration and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
