Summary: Authorization is requested to extend the contract time period for Critical Thinking Partners, LLC, Daylight L3C, and KS Goins and Associates, LLC, to allow for the continued use of their services, including, without limitation, meeting and workshop facilitation, executive coaching, and management training for staff. The proposed amendments do not increase the contract amounts. The contracts were originally awarded through the Forest Preserves’ Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. In its review and evaluation of all qualifications received, the Forest Preserves selected these vendors and one additional vendor. The vendors were each awarded a thirty-six (36) month contract not to exceed $150,000.00. The Forest Preserves requests a one-year extension of these contracts for three (3) of the four (4) vendors. A new request for proposals/qualifications for similar services may be issued in early 2027.
