The Parking Lot currently has approximately seventy-five (75) marked spaces available for parking and open to the public. PayNet (“PayNet”) is located at 5750 Old Orchard Road, Suite 300, within an office building across from the Parking Lot, and has requested use of said Parking Lot to provide overflow parking for its employees.
