Bids were requested at a per ton rate for a variety of fine and coarse aggregate materials as well as stone riprap. The contract was competitively bid, with a total of two (2) vendors responding to the solicitation for bids. KLF Enterprises, Inc. was the lowest bidder and offered a complete bid for all requested materials.
