Picnic permit category W = 25 to 99 people Picnic permit category X = 100 to 399 people Picnic permit category Y = 400 to 999 people Picnic permit Level 4 = Large area events • Special use permits: special accommodations such as tents, beer truck, caterer, rides, generator, lights, overflow parking.
