Reduced Rate Permits: For any event, activity, and/or use for which a permit is required, the permit fee shall be reduced as follows: (i) by fifty (50) percent, when the applicant is a school or bona fide nonprofit organization, residing in the County of Cook; and (ii) by fifty (50) percent, when the applicant is a veterans' organization residing in the County of Cook. *** 3.
